Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for our clients:

• A full refund will be issued if a cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment.
• If the therapist must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will also be provided.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, refunds will not be offered, but rescheduling options may be available.
