Terms & Conditions of Sale

Applicable to “Awaken Your Power” and “Aligned Within” Hypnotherapy & Coaching
Programs delivered by Hypno With Jo.

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and delivery of the Awaken Your Power and Aligned Within hypnotherapy and coaching programs (“the Programs”) provided by Joanna (Jo) Round trading as Hypno With Jo (“the Practitioner”). By booking a Program, the Client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Description

Full details of what is included in each Program are outlined in the accompanying Program Guide or on the Practitioner’s website. Each Program is delivered online, on a one-to-one basis, tailored to your individual goals and requirements.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

•  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Payment may be made in full or in instalments, as agreed at the time of booking.
• For instalment plans:
• The second payment is due within 4 weeks of the deposit date.
• The third payment (if applicable) is due within 8 weeks of the deposit date.
• All payments must be made in Great British Pounds (GBP) direct to Joanna Round to Account: 67004903 Sort Code: 60-13-35 and in accordance with the agreed schedule to maintain your place on the Program.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or cancellation of your sessions without refund.
  

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

•  At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.
• Programs are non-transferable and non-refundable once commenced, except where required by law.
• If the Practitioner needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given, and the session will be rebooked at a mutually convenient time.

5. Program Duration & Commitment

Each Program must be completed within the agreed time frame unless otherwise arranged in writing. Failure to attend sessions or complete the Program within the agreed periods may result in loss of access without refund. The agreed timeframe is as follows:

• 12 week Awaken Your Power Program commencing w/c 24th November 2025 must be completed by end of day Friday 13th March 2026.
  
• 12 week Awaken Your Power Program commencing w/c 5th January 2026 must be completed by end of day Friday 3rd April 2026.
  
• 4 week Aligned Within programs must complete within a 5 week period.

Please be aware that the following weeks there will be no one-to-one sessions available:

w/c 22nd December 2025; w/c 29th December 2025; w/c 16th February 2026; w/c 6th April 2026;w/c 13th April 2026; w/c 18th May 2026; w/c 25th May 2026; w/c 13th July 2026; w/c 20th July 2026; w/c 24th August 2026; w/c 26th October 2026; w/c 21st December 2026; w/c 28th December 2026.

6. Therapeutic Disclaimer

Hypnotherapy and coaching are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment. The Practitioner does not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee specific outcomes. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and for seeking medical or psychological support where necessary.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All sessions are confidential in accordance with professional standards and data protection laws. Your personal data will be handled securely and in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Practitioner accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Agreement

By submitting your booking and deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
