What session is right for me?

The number of sessions depends on your commitment and the nature of the issue, which we'll discuss during the initial consultation.
Most people need 6-8 sessions, so we start with 4 or 6 and assess from there.
The only exception is stopping smoking or vaping, which requires just one two-hour session.

Initial consultation - 60 mins

The initial consultation focuses on understanding your goals and setting the foundation for your sessions. You’ll experience a brief trance session at the end, allowing you to feel the process and begin working with your subconscious mind right away.

Online sessions available weekdays, evenings and weekends (London, UK time).
You'll just need a quiet space, where you can relax undisturbed, and good WIFI connection.
Online therapy is proven to be just as effective as in-person.

In-person sessions available every Wednesday at the Hands On Clinic in Braunton, North Devon, UK.

Each 60-minute session is tailored to your needs and includes a sleep track download for ongoing support at home.

1-1 Stop Vaping or Smoking - 120 mins (one session only)

 

In this two-hour session, we’ll use solution-focused hypnotherapy to break the habit of smoking or vaping. By aligning your subconscious goals with your conscious decision to quit, we’ll reprogram old patterns and replace them with healthier choices, empowering you to feel in control and smoke-free.
